Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (previously Distance Selling Regulations 2000) you have the right to return new, unopened and non-personalised items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns for Personalised Items due to their unique nature. Please indicate in your return whether you require a refund or exchange. Please note that we are not able to refund original P&P.
You should expect to receive your refund within 28 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We recommend that you use a 'Signed For' postal service for all returns as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in the post.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We regret we are only able to ship to the UK & Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands as standard. We may also be able to ship to mainland Europe depending on your country. To obtain a quote for shipping to mainland Europe please contact us.
If an item is in stock we will try to ship in 48 hours excluding public holidays however, this may not be possible during peak times so please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If you require an item urgently, please phone or email us to confirm availability.
If the item is out of stock we will notify you by email. Out of stock items usually ship within 28 days unless they have been discontinued. If you wish to cancel your order as a result of the item being out of stock simply email us with the order details and you will receive a full refund within 7 working days.
To be fair to all our customers, our shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. The shipping rate applied will be based on total order weight.
Our Standard Method of shipping is either via Royal Mail First Class or a Courier Tracked service.
Please note that all delivery estimates are from date of dispatch and working days are Monday-Friday, they do not include weekends and Bank Holidays.
